Consume 1 bag every 4 days (for male aged under 50 years old); Consume 1 bag every 3 days (for male aged over 50 years old)
Consume after meal (1 hour)
Put a small bag under your tongue, and swallow with warm water
2 hours before and after taking Double Coconut are not advise to consume any alcohol drink, tea and coffee.
Drink more water after consume.
